Patsy Pitts serves as a Family Support Services Specialist conducting participant intakes, case management and Healthy Relationship class facilitation for singles and couples in the “It Starts With You!” program at our Eastside location. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Social Rehabilitation Services and Psychology (Double Major) from Troy State University in Alabama.
Before employment with Fathers and Families Center, Patsy was employed with the John H. Boner Community Center for six years. While at the Boner Center, she held the positions of Program Director of the WorkOne Express Center, One Stop Coordinator, and Employment Specialist. She was previously employed with Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Community Centers of Indianapolis, and the State of Alabama. Patsy has many years of experience in social services and workforce development.
Patsy is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a member of Oasis of Hope Baptist Church. She moved to Indianapolis in 1989 after she married her junior high sweetheart (they re-united after not seeing each other for twenty years).
